This evening, Cub Scout Pack 647 and Boy Scout Troop 647 celebrated the annual Blue and Gold Cross Over Ceremony. This year, eight Webelos crossed over to become Boy Scouts. The event also marked the transistion of Scout Masters. Mr. Lindsey is retiring after 31 years of service at Hartford to be replaced by Mr. Sankofa.
